Users' personal data collected at the time of registration and throughout the subscription to NOFAKES will be processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
The User is informed that NOFAKES contains certain functionalities that make the Users' personal data visible to the rest of the Users (registered and unregistered) on NO FAKES. Nextchance Servicer will not process data outside the European Economic Area. However, users are reminded that to the extent that comments are published, these may be viewed by users located in third countries that may not ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Outside the scope of NOFAKES, personal data may be communicated to the competent authorities in the exercise of their functions.
In relation to the personal data of registered and active Users on NOFAKES, their personal data will be kept until the User cancels or requests the deletion of their personal data. After such deletion, your personal data may be retained for a maximum period of 6 years, and duly blocked for the period of time necessary to meet any legal or contractual liability (e.g., until the statute of limitations for any liability that may arise from data protection regulations).
However, the personal data of registered Users who are not active in NOFAKES will be kept for one year from the last access and if the User does not state otherwise, the account will be deleted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the User -registered or not- has accepted to receive commercial communications from NOFAKES, his/her data may continue to be processed for this purpose until the User requests to unsubscribe or exercises the right to oppose or revoke consent.
As indicated in the Legal Conditions, minors may not use NO FAKES, so they should refrain from providing any personal data.

In order to exercise these rights, Users may send a written request via email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a copy of their Identity Card or any other official document that identifies them and indicating which right they wish to exercise.
Users also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) to claim the exercise of their rights or any other issue related to the protection of their personal data.
